Architect's Rendition: Changes to Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium include the following:
• 7,000 additional seats in east endzone
• New 84' wide x 28' tall HD-rated score/video board.
• New Structure includes 39,600 square feet of seating and 11,741 square feet of accessory structures and concourse.
• Approximately 5,500 cubic yards of concrete - enough to cover the entire playing surface of Bagwell Field with nearly 2 1/2 feet of solid concrete.
• Approximately 470 Tons of reinforcing steel
• Entire structure rests on (270) 16" diameter auger cast piles - each pile reaches an average depth of 55' below the surface. Each pile has a design capacity of (40) Tons.
