Parking Passes Are Digital
ECU Athletics parking passes for football, basketball and baseball are delivered digitally. Add the correct event pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving. Approved print-at-home parking passes are also accepted. Parking passes are not issued as physical hang tags.

Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium
Bagwell Field Regulations
Fans are not permitted on the playing field during or after the game without credentials. Stay in the stands and join the team in singing the ECU fight song after every game so all East Carolina fans can celebrate together.
Customer Service
Customer service booths are located at Gates 2 and 7.
Clear Bag Policy
Each person may bring one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or one clear, resealable, one-gallon plastic storage bag. A small clutch purse no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches is also permitted.
Fan Assist Program
If you need assistance in the stands, text ECU to 94597 and stadium personnel will respond. Message and data rates may apply.

Stadium gates open two hours before kickoff. Have your mobile or print-at-home game ticket ready to scan and arrive early to avoid lines or delayed admission.
Stadium Policies
Solicitation and flyers: ECU regulations prohibit merchandise sales, promotional-material distribution and solicitation of funds on university property before, during or after athletics contests.
Umbrellas: Umbrellas are not permitted in Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium seating areas.
Accessible Parking
Fans who need accessible parking may use the lots near Christenbury Memorial Gymnasium, the Brewster Building and Fletcher Music Center along 10th Street, west of the Elm Street intersection. Accessible, climate-controlled shuttles provide transportation to Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium and return service after the game.
Vehicles are admitted only with a valid state-issued accessible parking placard or license plate registered to a passenger in the vehicle. Ownership is subject to verification. Parking is $20 per vehicle and payment is cashless by credit or debit card. The round-trip shuttle is complimentary. Shuttle service begins three hours before kickoff and continues for one hour after the game.
Street Closing
14th Street closes to vehicular traffic four hours before kickoff and remains closed for one hour after the game from West Rock Springs Road to Elm Street. Reserved parking pass holders who need to reach Berkley Road may access 14th Street from the Elm Street intersection.
Parking for fans without reserved parking passes is available in the Carol Belk Building lot along Charles Boulevard for $20 per vehicle. Payment is cashless by credit or debit card. Parking is limited and available first-come, first-served.
Lots open six hours before kickoff for weekend games, or at 8:00 a.m. for kickoffs before 2:00 p.m. Weeknight parking opens at 4:00 p.m. Access to lots along 14th Street closes three hours before kickoff.
Recreational vehicle parking is available in the Carol Belk Building lot. The fee ranges from $100 to $150 per RV, and an advance reservation is required. Day-of-game RV parking is not available without a reservation.

A customer service booth is located in the lobby of the Smith-Williams Center.
Bag Policy
Bags carried into Minges Coliseum, including purses, backpacks and diaper bags, may not exceed 10 inches by 10 inches by 10 inches.

Baseball Game Day & Parking
Lewis Field at Clark-LeClair Stadium
Lewis Field Regulations
Fans are not permitted on the playing field during or after the game without credentials. If a promotional event follows the game, fans must continue to follow instructions from athletics department personnel.
Customer Service
The customer service booth is located at the Marketing booth near the entrance to the Taylor Concourse.

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available in the Stratford Arms lot along Charles Boulevard on a first-come, first-served basis. The area opens three hours before first pitch and is marked by accessible parking signage.
An accessible shuttle assists fans traveling to the stadium until after first pitch. After the game begins, the shuttle is stationed outside the main entrance to Clark-LeClair Stadium at Gate 2.
Five lots are designated for reserved parking at home baseball games: Clark-LeClair, Stratford Arms, Williams Jungle, Lot 158 and Burt Family Premium Lot. Use the digital or approved print-at-home parking pass assigned to your lot. These lots open three hours before first pitch.
