2014 Pirate Armada To Set Sail Thursday

GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina University Educational Foundation will launch its annual Pirate Armada tour later this week, making the first of 12 stops this spring at Kelly's Outer Banks Restaurant & Tavern in Nags Head on Thursday, March 27.

The spring tour will enable the Foundation, commonly recognized as the Pirate Club, to travel to areas within its footprint and allow members, fans and friends to enjoy an up-close and personal experience with head coaches, assistant coaches and administrators from ECU Athletics.

Scheduled to appear on the 2014 Armada is head football coach Ruffin McNeill, offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley, head men's basketball coach Jeff Lebo, head women's basketball coach Heather Macy and director of athletics Jeff Compher.
