GREENVILLE, N.C. - East Carolina University is excited to introduce its Retail Champions Program to recognize retailers who are committed to supporting the University by carrying officially-licensed ECU merchandise throughout the year. In turn, the program will assist Pirate fans to find officially-licensed East Carolina products in cities throughout the state.

A listing of the retail locations participating in the program is now available on www.ECUPirates.com. The program is open to any retailer.

The most diverse and extensive offering of East Carolina merchandise will be available in the marketplace this fall. More retail locations outside of Greenville will be carrying more ECU products than ever before.

Retailers often make buying decisions on the amount and type of collegiate merchandise they carry in stores based upon past consumer sales. Pirate fans can certainly influence future buying decisions by demonstrating consumer demand through the purchase of East Carolina products. The more ECU merchandise that sells, the more likely retailers are to carry East Carolina products in the future.
