Ride With The Voice Promotional Flyer

GREENVILLE, N.C. --- The sixth annual "Ride With The Voice Poker Run" will roll on Saturday, October 24, with all proceeds benefiting the Heather Anne Purtee Memorial Scholarship at the East Carolina University School of Nursing. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at Ron Ayers Motorsports in Greenville with the ride commencing at 10 a.m. and concluding at approximately 12 noon.

The run will include stops at Frank's Pizza in Washington, East Carolina Trophy in Winterville, and Hastings Ford and U.B.E/Pirate Radio in Greenville. The cost is $10.00 per hand.

"The motorcycle ride is an opportunity to provide scholarship assistance to deserving ECU nursing students while honoring and preserving the memory of our daughter" said Jeff Charles, who is in his 22nd season as the "Voice" of the Pirates.

Complimentary breakfast will be provided by Krispy Kreme and lunch served by Domino's and Logan's Roadhouse. Hastings Ford, Pepsi, PIP Printing, Marketing Matters and Trade Mart, are also co-sponsoring the event.
