A graduate transfer who officially signed a grant-in-aid agreement with East Carolina on May 15 and enrolled in the first summer semester … Two-year playing career at Duke came under the guidance of current ECU head coach Scottie Montgomery while the latter served as the Blue Devils’ offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach … Started 12 of 24 career contests at Duke, completing 261-of-441 passes for 2,692 yards and 19 touchdowns while also rushing for 1,041 yards and 16 scores on 210 carries … Did not play in the 2012 (redshirt), 2013 (injury) and 2016 (injury) seasons.
