04/12/2013 ECU Student-Athletes Earn C-USA Academic MedalAlmost 50 Pirates were honored after earning a 3.75 GPA or higher Coaches Thoughts: Delaney has the potential to be a significant scorer in the middle distance freestyle and IM events for us during the dual meet season. She could be one to watch out for the next few years. Before ECU: Attended Kennett High School ... Swam for Delaware Swim Team under coach Bruce Gemmell ... Three-time Pennsylvania High School State Championship qualifier (2009, `11, `12) ... Made her NCSA Junior National Cut in the 200 IM ... Posted sectional qualifying times in six events.
