2012-13 Track & Field: Competed in the Indoor 600-meter run, 800-meter run and 1,000-meter run...Ran in the 600-meter run at the SPIRE Invitational where he notched a time of 1:21.35...Recorded his best time of the season (1:53.79) in the 800-meter run at the SPIRE Invitational...Participated in one 1,000-meter run event at the Virginia Tech Invitational and tallied a time of2:36.27.
2012-13 Cross Country: Competed in six races including a pair of 5K event victories...Began his season by running a 15:42.94 to win the 5K Seahawk Invitational...Finished 36th at the 5K Adidas XC Invitational...Ran his best time of the season and in his career in the 5K event win at the ECU Pirate Invitational (15:40.49)...Earned 29th place at the Three-Stripe Invitational (16:48)...Ran a 27:07.7 in his first 8K race of the season at NCAA Pre-Nationals...Improved by 23 seconds (26:44.5) and finished 44th in the 8K at the Conference USA Champion.
2011-12 Track & Field: Did not compete in any Indoor or Outdoor events.
2011-12 Cross Country: Turned in strongest season to date and established career-best marks in the 5K and 8K...One of just three runners to take part in all seven of the squad's meets...Began the year with a 28:52.4 time, and 88th-place showing, at the 8K Covered Bridge Open...Ran a career-best 5K at the Wolfpack Invitational, finishing in 16:08.7 to claim 26th overall...Earned seventh place at the ECU Pirate Invitational, completing the 5K in 16:23.85...Placed 115th at the 8K Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 26:36.02...Two weeks later, ran the 8K Panorama Farms Invitational in 26:54.78 to earn 68th place...Had career-best 8K performance at the Conference USA Championship, finishing the race in 26:10.1 to claim 33rd...Ended the campaign with a 17:44 mark at the 5K Three-Stripe Invite, placing 44th.
2010-11 Track & Field: Ran the fastest indoor 800-meter time on the team while also finishing sixth at the C-USA Indoor Championships in the event...Also appeared in the 500 and 600 during the indoor campaign...Participated in the 400 and 800-meter race once each in the outdoor season.
2010-11 Cross Country: Ran in the first six meets of the season...Timed out at 21:44.16 at the 6,400-meter Covered Bridge Open to claim 86th place...Mark was eighth fastest in ECU history...Turned in a season-best 5K of 16:28.0 at the Wolfpack Invitational, good for 21st overall...Fifth-place showing at the 8K ECU Pirate Invitational (27:45.22) was highest ever finish...In a pair of 8K events, took 302nd place (27:32.10/Greater Louisville Classic) and 78th place (27:45.08/Panorama Farms Invitational)...Ran season-best 8K during first C-USA Championship, completing the race in 26:16 and taking 39th place.
2009-10 Track & Field: Was the top performer for ECU during the indoor season in the 500 and 600-meter events...Finished 11th at Virginia Tech in the 500-meter dash with a time of 1:06.14 after taking fourth-place at Christopher Newport in the 600-meter run at 1:23.39.
2009-10 Cross Country: Competed in the first five meets of the season, with top overall finish being 14th at the ECU Pirate Invitational...In the 4K at the Campbell Invitational, checked in 23rd with a time of 14:40.9...In first career 5K, ran a 16:42.24 at the Seahawk Invitational, good for 26th place...Best 8K time was 27:50 at the ECU Pirate Invitational...Had two more 8K races, checking in 105th at the Great American Cross Country Festival (29:23) and 128th at the Penn State Nationals (29:59).
High School: Came in third and fourth place at the state cross country meet as a senior and junior, respectively...Finished as the runner-up in the 800 meters at the 2009 Maryland Indoor State Championship after winning the outdoor title in 2008...In the 400 meters, came in sixth place as a senior and fourth place as a junior at the outdoor state meet...Two-time all-county and All-Gazette selection...Captained the cross country and track squads as a senior...Played junior varsity football as a freshman...Was a USA Track & Field Junior Olympic finalist...Came in 21st place in the 800 meters at the Nike Outdoor Nationals in June of 2009.
