Tynita Butts earns NCAA qualifying mark in high jump

2012-13 Track & Field: Competed in the Indoor long jump and triple jump...Participated in five long jump events...Notched a season-best mark of 7.14m (23-05.25) at the Virginia Tech Invitational for a fourth-place finish...His only appearance in the triple jump came at the C-USA Indoor Championships were he posted a mark of 13.24m (43-05.25).

2011-12 Track & Field: Participated in the men's long jump during the Indoor season...Notched a season-best mark of 6.68m at Christopher Newport for a ninth-place finish...Did not compete in any Outdoor events.
