2010-11: Turned in a pair of eighth-place finishes in the 1,500-meter run at Charlotte and the Quad Meet while also appearing in the 3,000 at Wake Forest ... Did not participate in any events during the indoor campaign.

2009-10:Was the top contributor for the Pirates in the mile run during the outdoor season, capturing 14th at the C-USA Indoor Championships with a time of 4:42.42 ... Top time in the indoor mile came at Penn State where he placed 12th and clocked in at 4:26.13 ... Produced the best time on the team in the 1,500-meter run at the Raleigh Relays, checking in at 4:03.72 ... Took 12th place at the league outdoor meet in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase.

2008-09: Was a key performer in the middle and long distances ... Finished fifth at the C-USA Outdoor Championships in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 3:56.36 ... Named C-USA Cross Country Freshman-of-the-Year.

High School: Cross Country: First-team all-league selection (2005-07) ... First-team all-state in 2007 ... Led team to state championship in 2007 ... Track and Field: All-America Indoor selection in the 4x800-meter relay (2006-08) ... Helped lead 4x800-meter relay team to indoor national championship in 2008 (their time of 7:47.48 placed them first in the state and third in the country) ... At 2008 Penn Relays, 4x800-meter relay team ran a U.S. fastest time of 7:44.39 ... 4x800-meter relay ran a 7:38.79 at the Pennsylvania Outdoor State Championship. The time was seven seconds faster than any other time in the country and was the 20th fastest time in U.S. history ...
