2009-10: Turned in five performances in the weight throw during the indoor season, with her best mark occurring at the C-USA Indoor Championships (Ninth/14.45 meters) ... Was a shot put and hammer athlete in the outdoor campaign, finishing seventh at the Georgia Invitational in the latter with a mark of 48.79 meters.

2008-09: Made her only appearance in the indoor season at Christopher Newport, taking sixth in the weight throw with a mark of 14.37 ... Top performance of the outdoor season occurred at the Raleigh Relays where she was 15th in the hammer with a throw of 46.03.

2007-08: Placed 10th at the C-USA Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw, recording a career-best mark of 44.69 ... Notched a top-10 finish in three events during the outdoor season.

High School: Won the "Most Outstanding Field" team award her junior year...Received the Rookie award her freshman year...Four-year varsity letterwinner and served as team captain...Also earned three varsity letters in basketball, playing point guard and shooting guard.

Personal: Majoring in psychology while pursuing a minor in child development and family relations...Daughter of Mark and Debbie Woodson.
