2013: Competed at all eight of ECU's meets during the season ... Improved her 5K time by nearly 90 seconds between her first three races of the year and ran a personal-best 18:35.3 to finish 35th overall at the Wolfpack Invitational ... Placed 51st overall with a time of 18:56.58 in the 5K at the C-USA Championship ... Ran a personal-best time of 23:02.1 in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
2012: Participated in three 5K events and a pair of 6K events ... Began her season by placing 38th at the Adidas XC Invitational in the 5K event (19:41.2) ... Had her best finish of season, 13th, in the Pirate Invitational (19:48.75) ... Ran her best 5K time of the season by nearly 33 seconds, 19:09.6, at the C-USA Championship in earning 57th place ... Finished 22nd in the green race, a 6K event, at the Charlotte Cross Country Invitational with a time of 24:09.80 ... Competed at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships where she earned 204th place in a season-best 6K time of 24:04.01

2010:Participated in the first three meets of the season, all 5K events, with times improving each outing ... Began with a 20:26.64 performance at the Covered Bridge Open, good for 81st place ... Cut 18 seconds off that mark at the Wolfpack Invitational, coming in 41st with a time of 20:08.1 ... Turned in highest finish, 11th, and best time, 19:48.46, at the ECU Pirate Invitational.
High School: A four-year letterwinner in both indoor and outdoor track as well as a two-year letterwinner for cross country ... Placed 15th at the North Carolina High School Athletic Association 4A Cross Country state meet as a senior and seventh in the regional ... Closed her career finishing fifth at the outdoor state meet in the 1,600 meters after claiming the regional crown in that event, resulting in all-state and all-region honors ...
