2011: Turned in the best season by a female in East Carolina history, setting Pirate records in the 5K and 6K while earning all-conference and all-region honors ... Did not finish lower than 25th at a meet all season and placed in the top 10 five times ... Named the Sept. 27 Conference USA Female Athlete-of-the-Week ... Ended her career owning three of ECU's top five 5K times and three of the top four 6K marks ... Set the Pirate 6K record with a 20:59.9 time at the NCAA Southeast Regional ... Placed 22nd at the meet to earn All-Southeast Region honors for the second time ... She is the only all-region honoree in East Carolina women's history ... At the Conference USA Championship, became the initial female in Pirate history to earn First-Team All-C-USA honors by finishing fourth overall with a program-best 5K time of 16:56.7 ... Began the season with an 18:55.6 time and 10th-place finish at the 5K Covered Bridge Open ... Followed with a 17:15.7 mark at the Wolfpack Invitational to place second at the 5K event ... Prepared for league and regional meet with a fifth-place showing at the Panorama Farms Invitational, clocking out of the 6K at 21:20.64, the second-best mark in program history.
2010: Returned after a year absence and was named the team's most valuable runner ... Turned in four top-15 finishes and earned Second Team All-C-USA honors ... Placed 10th at the 5K Covered Bridge Open with a time of 18:24.90 ... Came in ninth overall with a 17:57 5K at the Wolfpack Invitational ... Won second career ECU Pirate Invitational, taking the title with a 17:56 5K ... Ran even better a week later, finishing the 5K in 17:40.13 to take 25th place out of 302 runners at the Greater Louisville Classic ... Had a season-best performance at the C-USA Championship, finishing 14th and running the 5K in 17:28, the fourth-fastest time in program history ... Closed the campaign with a 22:18.2 time at the NCAA Southeast Regional, good for 83rd place.
2009: Did not compete in any meets for ECU.
2008: Second-Team All-Conference USA selection after finishing in 14th place with a 17:45 mark at the 5K C-USA Championship ... Time at the league meet is 15th-fastest in program history ... Placed 17th at the NCAA Regional with a 21:31 mark, the fourth-best 6K in program history ... Clocked in at 18:39 to claim eighth-place overall, good for highest finish of season, at the 5K ECU Pirate Invitational ... Was the team's top finisher in every meet for the second-straight year ... Repeated as squad's most valuable runner.
2007: Paced the Pirates in every meet ... Had best 5K time of 17:59 at the ECU Pirate Invitational ... Meet winner of the Seahawk Invitational, N.C. State Wolfpack Invitational and ECU Pirate Invitational ... Finished in 17th place at the C-USA Championship (18:59.6/5K).
High School: Earned eight varsity letters, four each in cross country and track and field ... Upon graduation, held school records in 1,000, 1,500, 1,600, 3,200, 5,000 and 8,000-meter races ... Captain of the cross country and track and field squads during final campaign ... Helped 4x800-meter relay team to second-place result at the state meet as a senior ... Turned in a fifth-place finish at the state meet junior season and finished in second place in the 1,600-meter race and fifth place in the 3,200-meter run at the track and field state competition.
