2011: Participated in the season's final six meets and became a dependable runner for the Pirates, earning four top-50 finishes ... Made East Carolina debut at the Wolfpack Invitational, taking 22nd place with a 5K time of 18:45.8 ... Followed with almost the same time a week later, 18:45.6, to finish fifth at the ECU Pirate Invitational ... Claimed 141st at the 5K Greater Louisville Classic, clocking out in 18:44.96 ... In career's first 6K event, ran a 23:20.27 at the Panorama Farms Invitational to place 40th overall ... Posted career-best time of 18:33.8 in the 5K at the Conference USA Championship to take 36th ... Closed initial campaign with a 116th-place showing at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 6K in 22:35.1.
