2011:One of the breakthrough performers of the year whose rigorous training paid off with All-Conference USA Third-Team honors ... Participated for ECU in the final four meets of the year after running unattached during two of the season's earlier events ... Ran an 18:31.58 5K at the Greater Louisville Classic to claim 104th place ... At year's first 6K meet, came in 27th at the Panorama Farms Invitational with a time of 22:42.34 ... Earned all-league honors after running a career-best 5K of 17:53.4 at the Conference USA Championship to place 15th ... Made a 42-spot jump from previous high placement at the league meet (57th in 2008) ... Closed the campaign with another strong performance, finishing 82nd at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a personal-low 22:07.9 mark in the 6K ... Made an 86-place jump from 2010 regional performance while running the 12th-fastest 6K in East Carolina history.
2010:Ran in seven of the team's meets and turned in three top-50 performances ... Placed 80th at the Covered Bridge Open with a 5K time of 20:26.21 ... Checked in 45th at the 5K Wolfpack Invitational (20:18.1) and ninth at the 5K ECU Pirate Invitational (19:37.37) ... Ran a season-best 19:33.59 5K at the Greater Louisville Classic, coming in 228th ... Finished the 6K Panorama Farms Invitational in 24:27.22 to take 50th ... Completed the 5K C-USA Championship in 19:44, good for 80th ... Closed the campaign with the NCAA Southeast Regional, running the 6K in 22:58.5 to come in 168th.
2009: Named the team's top freshman after taking part in all seven of the season's races ... Joined Samantha Lichtner in the 4,800-meter relay at the Campbell Invitational to finish third with a time of 36:30.5 ... Came in ninth out of 69 with best 5K time of the season, 18:52.62, at the Seahawk Invitational ... Helped the squad to the ECU Pirate Invitational championship with a 19:24 time in the 5K and fourth-place overall finish ... Timed out at 20:36 in the 5K at the Great American Cross Country Festival, coming in 62nd ... Placed 142nd at the Penn State Nationals with a time of 23:58 in the 6K ... In C-USA Championship debut, ran a 20:37.3 5K to claim 57th place ... Turned in best 6K of 23:13.28 (137th place) at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
High School: Helped lead cross country team to back-to-back Cape-Atlantic League (CAL) and Cumberland County championships as a junior and senior ... Two-time New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association Cross Country Meet of Champions participant, coming in 33rd place with a time of 19:35 as a senior and 39th place with a time of 19:43 as a junior ... CAL First-Team selection last two years ... Won the CAL Championship Meet as a senior with a time of 18:25 ... Finished as the 2008 New Jersey Group 4 state runner-up in the 800 meters (2:12.83).
