"I'd like to give UCF a lot of credit; they are a great shooting team, especially Peppers and Taylor. We did a good job on O'Donnell, Payne, and Noel. I thought our inside guys did rather well, especially well in the first half."

"I thought the second half we went through a scoring drought, and they hit some shots. John Fields played well; it is great to see a guy diving on the floor with less than a minute to go. Courtney Captain did a good job in the first half, but they did a good job shutting him down in the second. Cory Farmer has managed to put together two or three good games, so we are pleased with that. We are still going to need to put a few more pieces together in order to hang with the top teams of our conference."
