  • Sophomore Brock Young distributed 14 assists to bring his season total to 189, establishing a new single season record.
  • Young's 14 assists tied the school single game record. He shares the record with Tom Miller who dished out 14 assists against East Tennessee State in 1969.
  • Young recorded his sixth double-double of the season and handed out double figure assists for the eighth time this year.
  • Senior Sam Hinnant became the fourth player in school history to record 200 career three-point field goals. Hinnant made five three-point shots to bring his career total to 201, ranking third on the school's all-time list.
  • Senior James Legan became the third player in ECU history to make 70 three-point field goals in a season. Legan sank four three-pointers tonight to bring his season total to 71.
  • The Pirates' 91 points are the most they've ever scored in a Conference USA game. The previous high mark was 90 against Charlotte in 2004.

  • East Carolina improved to 9-7 since 1962 on Valentine's Day.
  • The Pirates improved to 13-11 overall this season, marking the first time they've been two games over .500 through 24 games since compiling a 14-10 record through 24 games during the 2000-01 season.
