Fox Sports 1 To Televise A Pair Of ECU Games

GREENVILLE, N.C. - East Carolina will have two of its Conference USA men's basketball games shown on national television during the 2013-2014 season. The two contests will air on the Fox Sports 1 as part of the C-USA basketball television package.

The Pirates' first televised game on Fox Sports 1 will come Thursday, Feb. 6, when they host UTEP for a 9 p.m. tip-off inside Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum. ECU will then return to action on the network Thursday, Feb. 27, when it welcomes Charlotte for a 7 p.m. game.

CBS Sports Network carriage affiliates and FOX will possibly make additional selections.

The Pirates will also appear a minimum of three times on WITN during the season as part of their local television package. Those game will be selected and announced at a later date.
