A dedicated and promising defender who quickly has turned a walk-on and redshirt standing into legitimate depth chart conversations in less than two calendar years ... Will open second active season on the ECU roster competing for a reserve two-deep role at one of the defensive end positions ... Could also figure into the Pirates' special teams plans to get additional playing time ... Recorded a tackle for lost yardage (-4) during the Purple-Gold Game (April 14) to wrap-up spring drills ...
