A charismatic and engaging performer who also provides big-play production on the field … Made an immediate splash as true freshman in 2013, but dazzling dramatics were cut shorty because of a season-ending injury … Successfully bounced back from the setback after a demanding rehabilitation process that enabled starting roles as a sophomore and junior … Will open senior year in a battle with Jimmy Williams for the starting job at the “Z” position … In all, has opened 28 of 31 career games with 76 catches for 881 yards (11.6 ypr) and seven touchdowns … Netted multiple receptions in 23 contests … Thirty-two (32) of 76 grabs have gone for 12 or more yards (11 for 20-plus, five for 30-plus, one for 40-plus, one for 50-plus and one for 60-plus) … Did not catch a pass during the first 2016 abbreviated spring scrimmage (April 9), but had four receptions for 85 yards in the Purple-Gold Game on April 16 ... In addition to effort vs. the Eagles, matched season-high with four grabs on two other occasions – vs. Cincinnati and UCF ...
