An unselfish, versatile and physical defensive lineman whose development and hard work has resulted in conference honors candidacy as a senior … A Preseason All-American Athletic Conference choice by Athlon Sports (third-team) and Phil Steele Magazine (fourth-team) … A local product who originally earned a roster position as a walk-on in 2012 and initially played the nose tackle position… Designated as one of the Pirates’ starting ends to open the 2016 campaign … Was promoted to full scholarship status during fall camp in 2014 … Has played in 36 career games (14 starts) and booked 98 tackles (45 solo) with 13.0 TFLs, 7.0 sacks and a pair of forced fumbles and recoveries ...
