An international student-athlete who opens senior season as the Pirates' only returning punter with game experience ... Coaches rated competition with Trent Tignor during the spring as a deadlock and will now also battle junior college transfer newcomer Brendan Rowland for top honors this fall ... Averaged 32.5 yards per punt (two attempts) during the Purple-Gold Game on April 14 ... Turned in a record-breaking effort during the strength and conditioning spring testing period, establishing a new all-time position (punter) standard for lifts in the bench press (335 pounds) and back squat (535) ... Also produced a jerk lift that generated 1,269 watts.

2011: Served as a reserve punter for Ben Ryan, appearing in two games, against Tulane and Southern Miss ... Totaled nine boots for 348 yards with a long of 51 versus the Green Wave ...
