Hopes to realize a much-desired return to action after overcoming two injuries and adjusting to a move to the offensive side of the ball ... Completed acclimation period with a strong spring that was rewarded with depth chart inclusion as a possible starter at the right tackle slot (along with Grant Harner) ... Earned first varsity letter on the defensive line as a true freshman before suffering a right knee injury in the spring of 2009 ... Bounced back as a part-time starter in 2010, but was forced to the sidelines because of a right shoulder injury during the spring of 2011 which preceded a position change to the offensive line before fall camp last season ...
