Big-Play Offense, Turnover-Producing Defense Highlight First Scrimmage

An explosive and fleet-footed pass catcher who should contend for ample playing time on the offensive unit and special teams squads during his first active season on the Pirates' roster ... Projected to open redshirt freshman campaign as Danny Webster's top back-up at the "H" inside receiving position ... Coaching staff will also continue to explore possibilities of return specialist duties after a brief introduction during spring drills ... Had five receptions for 29 yards during the first scrimmage on April 6 and followed with a three-catch, 47-yard effort a week later in the second contest ...
