Booked a combined 12 stops in both starts, collecting a season-best six hits each against Knights and Gators … In all, recorded 20 tackles (12 solo) ... Four stops were on special teams units (3/kickoff return, 1/punt return) ... Registered multiple stops in the last four tilts of the year, totaling 17 tackles (eight solo) ... In addition to performance against UCF and Florida, also registered three stops off the bench against Tulsa (all solo) and two vs. Tulane … Credited with single tackles in outings against Virginia Tech, USF and Connecticut … Only hit behind the line of scrimmage came against Gators (-1 yard) at Legion Field … Did not play against SMU.

High School: Lettered under coach Daniel Finn … Helped the Bulldogs to a 9-3 overall and 6-1 conference record as a senior … Returned an interception 12 yards for a touchdown in a 38-7 win over Southern Durham in the second round of the 2010 NCHSAA playoffs … Played cornerback, safety and outside linebacker … Also sprinted for the track and field team.
