A high-impact and physical defender whose versatility at two different positions along East Carolina's front line has expedited his climb on the defensive two-deep in just one full-time season ... Could take the next step into a conference honors candidacy role should development continue at current rate ... Competed at both the nose tackle and end positions throughout the course of the spring, but closed drills in a competitive battle with Jonathon White for a top listing at the field end slot ... Missed first week of the practice period to finish rehabilitation efforts for a left knee injury and was kept out of the initial scrimmage for precautionary reasons ...
