BAGWELL FIELD REGULATIONS
Fans are not permitted on to the playing field during or after the game without credentials. Stay in the stands and join the team in singing the ECU fight song after every game. This gives all East Carolina fans an opportunity to celebrate together.
Customer service booths are located at Gates 2 and 7.
DOWDY-FICKLEN STADIUM BAG POLICY
East Carolina University in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security, implemented a new policy for personal bags brought into Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium starting in the fall of 2010.
Any bag (purses, back packs, diaper bags, etc.) carried into the stadium by fans cannot exceed a size specification of 10" X 10" X 10". Boxes will be located at each gate to measure all bags, and those, which exceed the limitation, will be prohibited from entering the facility.
FAN ASSIST PROGRAM
If you need assistance in the stands, send a text message to the fan assist program. Text "ECU" to 94597 and stadium personnel will respond.
Stadium gates will open two (2) hours before kick-off. Scanners will be used at all gates, so please have your tickets ready to be scanned. Make sure you enter the stadium gates early. Even with the early gate open, there are simply not enough gates at the stadium to admit 50,000 people all at one time and the team needs you in your seats at least 30 minutes before kick-off.
ECU regulations do not allow sales of merchandise of any sort, distribution of promotional materials and/or solicitation of funds on university property. This includes all ECU operated parking lots and university property surrounding all athletics facilities, before, during or after East Carolina University athletics contests.
Umbrellas are not permitted in any Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium seating area.
