GREENVILLE, N.C. - After one round of play, East Carolina junior golfer Robin Smith (66) holds a three shot lead over Trey Deal (69) of Longwood University at the 2004 Pirate Fall intercollegiate. The tournament is being held at the par-72, 7,101-yard Bradford Creek Golf Club.

The Pirates (16-35-1) are currently in fourth place in the team portion of the tournament after posting a first round score of 293 and sits five strokes behind Gardner-Webb, who posted a round of 287.

Second round action is currently under way at Bradford Creek and third round action will begin Tuesday morning at 8:45 a.m.
