Opened season by advancing to the quarterfinals of the B-I Flight Singles at the UNC Fall Invitational after wins against UNC-Greensboro's Ian Conchar (6-4, 6-4) and Charleston Southern's Chris Peek (6-4, 7-6) ... Went on to capture a fourth-place standing with a 3-6, 6-3, 1-0 (6) triumph vs. Virginia Tech's Akil Burgess ...
