2004-05: Enjoyed record-setting sophomore campaign, shattered an indoor (35-pound weight throw) and two outdoor records (discus, hammer) ... Earned NCAA provisional qualification on three occasions in the weight throw, surpassing the 19.22 meter mark ... Set new school record with a toss of 20.66 meters while capturing the title at the C-USA Indoor Championships and picking up all-conference accolades ... Also won the event at the IC4A Championships with a throw of 20.54 meters ... Other effort of note came at the Virginia Tech Challenge (19.22/6th-place) ... Also competed in the shot put during the indoor campaign, booking a personal-best performance of 15.78 meters at the UNC Invitational ... Was seventh at the C-USA Indoor Championships (15.08) ...
