2003: Participated in five of eight events during the season ... Recorded two top-15 finishes including a 12th place finish at the Overton's/ Pirate Invitational (26:13), and a sixth place at the Elon Invitational (29:06).

High School: Four-year letterman in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field ... Member of indoor track and field state championship team ... Earned first-team all-district cross country accolades twice and was named first team all-district in track and field on three occasions.
