This will be the 27th meeting between the two schools and the third meeting of the season, with the teams splitting the regular season games on their home courts.

Charlotte guard Sakellie Daniels led five 49ers in double figures with 15 points, hitting 5-of-8 shots from the floor, including a perfect 3-of-3 from behind the arc. Forward Peaches Harris recorded 10 points, including eight of the 49ers first 11 points.

Back on Jan. 25, the Lady Pirates came away with an impressive home victory as they pounded the 49ers 80-55 in Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum. Willis recorded 26 points and nine boards, while Jackson added 24 points and also grabbed nine rebounds. Junior Shanita Sutton brought down a career-high 10 rebounds as ECU out-rebounded Charlotte 56 to 35.

The winner will move on to face No. 2 seed and host school TCU on Friday, Mar. 5 with a 7 p.m. (EST) tip-off scheduled.
