MESA, Ariz. - The East Carolina duo of Frida Gustafsson Spang and Fanny Wolte carded final rounds of 1-over par finishing tied for seventh at the Clover Cup, which was held at the Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, Ariz.

Both Spang (75-73-73) and Wolte (74-74-73) tallied a three-day scored of 221 finishing eight shots behind tournament medalist winner Kristina Nhim (213) from Notre Dame. Jennifer Coleman (Colorado) and Grace Choi (Michigan) claimed a share of second at 214, while Dana Finkelstein (UNLV) and Emily Haas (Louisville) finished fourth and fifth.

Nicoline Engstroem Skaug took a share of 31st after he final round of 5-over 77 for a tournament score of 228. Rounding out the Pirates roster were Katie Kirk (232) and Emily Eng (243) finishing 45th and 77th.

No. 38 Louisville (888) won the team title after posting a final round score of 297 holding off host institution No. 44 Notre Dame (889). Colorado (893) finished third, while Mississippi and Michigan took a share of fourth.

The Pirates will return to action on March 24 when they travel to Charleston, S.C. to participate in the Briar's Creek Invitational.
