BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma - The East Carolina women's golf team sits in third place with an 8-over par 584 at the Dale McNamara Invitational. The 15-team event is being held at the par-72 Golf Club of Oklahoma.

The Pirates carded rounds of 293 and 291 and sit 12 shots behind tournament leader Arizona State (572) and eight back of second-place Florida (576).

Freshmen Frida Gustafsson Spang (144) and Nicoline Engstroem Skaug (145) lead the Pirates and are tied for seventh and 12th heading into final round action on Tuesday. Junior Fanny Wolte is tied for 17th with a 3-over 145, while sophomores Emily Eng (150) and Katie Kirk (152) are tied for 28th and 38th.

Florida's Isabelle Lendl is in the individual lead with a score of six-under par 138 as she holds a two-stroke lead over teammate Camilla Hedberg and Oklahoma State's Jayde Panos.

The teams will tee-off at 8:00 am on Tuesday morning for the final 18 holes.
