GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina women's golf team open the 2008-09 season Monday, Sept. 15 under 12th year Head Coach Kevin Williams in the 2008 Chip-N Club Invitational.

The two-day, 54-hole event, will be held at the par-72, 6,068-yard Wilderness Ridge Golf Course in Lincoln, Neb. and will feature Arkansas-Little Rock, Creighton, Drake, Illinois, Kansas State, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota State, Texas State, UMKC and UC Riverside, along with ECU.

The teams and individuals will play 36 holes on Monday, beginning with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Pairings for Tuesday's final round will be determined by Monday's scores through the first two rounds. Tuesday's shotgun start is set for 8:30 a.m.
