Women's Golf Moves Up One Spot To Seventh at Wildcat Invitational

LEXINGTON, KY. -- The East Carolina women's golf team posted a second round 321 to move into seventh place at the Wildcat Fall Invitational. The tournament is being played as the par-72, 6,052-yard at the University Club of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky.

The Pirates (19-7) are one of 18 teams participating in the three day 54-hole tournament hosted by the University of Kentucky.

Vanderbilt and Mississippi State share the tournament lead with a score of 623, while UNC Wilmington is five strokes behind in third place with a two day total of 628.

Senior Pirate Jessica Krasny (75-78=153) posted a 78 in round two and currently sits in a tie for eighth just four shots behind tournament co-leaders Meghan Little (76-73=149) of Louisville and Marissa Nuir (73-76=149) of Kentucky.

Fellow Pirate Adrienne Millican moved up nine spots to a tie for 23rd from the first round. Millican posted a 79 on day two for a 161 tournament score.

Final round action will continue Sunday morning at 9 a.m.
