GREENVILLE, N.C. - In second round action at the Taco Bell Intercollegiate, the East Carolina women's golf team finished the day at 14-over-par (302) where they currently sit tied for ninth place with the University of Miami. The Lady Pirates host the three-day tournament that is being held at the par-72, 6,232-yard Bradford Creek Golf Course.

ECU freshmen Lene Krog continued her solid play with a 72 and is tied for second along with two others and six strokes back of Maryland's Katie Stepanek (69-67--136). Along with Krog, Ashley Hovda (Western Carolina) and Annika Korkeila (Georgia State) also have a two-under par score, with Emily Klein of Birmingham Southern College rounding out the top five with a one-under par.

Georgia State (575) moved to the top of the team portion of the event followed by Maryland who is five shots back and Augusta State who trails by seven strokes.
