GREENVILLE, N.C. —The East Carolina women's soccer team will look to extend its current winning streak to five games when they host Conference USA foe USF Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. inside Bunting Field.

The Pirates (7-8-2, 5-3-1) will look to improve on their current fifth place position in the standings. Last week, ECU clinched a spot in the 2004 C-USA Tournament with a 3-2 overtime win against Louisville. This year the tournament is being played in Saint Louis, Mo. from Nov. 3-7.

South Florida (4-8-2, 3-5-0) comes into the match on a three-game conference losing streak. In their last match, USF fell to TCU 1-0 on an early goal by Jessi Moore.

Friday's game is also designated as Senior Day. Four Lady Pirates (Rachelle Cabeceiras, Krystel Pabey, Megan Schwanke and Sarah Stoltz) will play their final match at Bunting Field. This senior class will become the first in ECU's history to appear in three C-USA Tournament.
