Paisley Named Co-Female Athlete-of-the-Year7/1/2009 East Carolina redshirt sophomore pitcher Toni Paisley has been named the 2008-09 Conference USA Co-Female Athlete-of-the-Year, according to an announcement by league officials Wednesday afternoon.
