I got started in softball when: My older sister plays and when I was a little kid, I wanted to do everything she did, including softball. I never knew I'd fall in love with the sport and have this much passion for the game.
My favorite softball memory is: Winning the 2011 Conference USA Championship and experiencing Division I softball.
Advice I would give to young girls who want to play softball: Work hard now because it will pay off in the long run and never give up. Also keep your head up and be respectful; there's nothing worse than disrespectful players.
