Chattanooga State: Spent the fall of 2012 attending Chattanooga State before transferring to East Carolina for the spring 2013 semester
Sequatchie County: Played and lettered in varsity softball for all four years as a member of Sequatchie County High School (SCHS) ... Was a First Team All-District 7-AA selection in all four seasons ... Aided program to four consecutive District 7-AA Championships ... Helped lead SCHS to TSSAA Sub-State Tournament in each of her final three seasons ... Hit .477 as senior with 57 runs scored, 33 RBI and 11 stolen bases in 43 games ... Her run total led the Chattanooga area ... Was named to the Chattanooga Times Free Press Best of Preps All-Area as a junior when she totaled a .433 average, two home runs, seven triples, nine doubles, 20 RBI and 35 runs scored in 28 games ... In 29 games as a sophomore, hit .364 with 23 runs and 10 RBI in 28 games ... Began her high school career by hitting .367 with 22 runs, 11 RBI and 11 stolen bases in 24 games ... Earned a spot on the Chattanooga Times Free Press Best of the Preps All-Area in her initial campaign ... Gained additional softball experience playing for the Chattanooga Mustangs ... Her club team was the Tennessee (18A) ASA State Champions in 2011 and 2012 ... Aided the Mustangs to a top-15 finish at ASA Nationals (18U) in 2011 and 2012 ...
