How did you get started in softball? When I was growing up, both of my older sisters played, I followed their lead.
What are some of your routines on game day or during games? I have to straighten or curl my hair. If it isn’t fixed at all, it’s going to be a bad day.
What is your favorite softball memory? Winning the National Championship in St. George, Utah while playing for Chattanooga State.
If you could change one thing about softball, what would it be and why? That it could still in the Olympics.
What is the one piece of advice you would give to young girls who want to play? Work hard, everyday. Set goals for yourself and work hard to achieve those goals.
I wear my uniform number because: My oldest sister was number 32, one year I decided to drop the 3 to & just being number 2 to see if it would make me any faster, it didn’t.. so then I tried dropping the 2.
One thing about you that would surprise most people reading this: I played the violin in 5th grade.
