Hoyas Capture Doubles, Clinch Win In Three-Set No. 5 Singles Match

Transferred into the East Carolina program prior to the fall campaign after two seasons at then-Big East Conference member West Virginia.

Fall 2012: Turned in a strong performance during her initial semester with the Pirates, rolling to a 10-3 singles record ... Won six of 12 doubles matches, pairing with Neena Wanko (4-2), Dana Gray (1-1) and Nicole LaDuca (1-3) ... Went 2-1 in both singles and doubles play during her East Carolina debut at the Davidson Invitational before capturing a singles flight title at the Charlotte Invitational with a 3-0 performance ... Won another flight championship at the Appalachian State Invitational (3-0) before closing fall play by splitting two matches at the ECU Invite ... Teamed with LaDuca for a 1-1 double mark at the ITA Regional Tournament in Winston-Salem.

2010-12 (West Virginia): Signed with the WVU program in November, 2009 and played for the Mountaineers during the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons ... Experienced limited spring action, but teamed with Mary Chupa to capture the Flight B Doubles championship of the Martha Thorn Invitational during fall play in 2011 ... Selected as WVU's Student-Athlete-of-the-Week on Oct. 11 (following doubles success) ... Inked with former Mountaineer coach Marc Walters, who resigned prior to the start of the 2010-11 season.
