ELON, N.C. - Elon, ranked No. 67 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Poll, won four of its six singles matches in straight sets and garnered the doubles point during a 7-0 non-conference victory over East Carolina at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center Saturday afternoon.

The Phoenix (19-3), winners of eight straight, clinched the doubles point to open play by virtue of a pair of 8-4 victories at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions.
