The East Carolina volleyball team will play its final regular-season road match at Memphis on Sunday, November 4. The contest is scheduled for 2 p.m., at Elma Roane Fieldhouse.

The Pirates enter the match with a 1-23 overall mark and an 0-13 conference ledger after coming off a 0-3 swept at UAB on Friday night. In the match at UAB, junior Nicole Willis posted a match-high 13 kills, while junior libero Shelby Beasley notched a match-high 22 digs. Willis has now led the Pirates in kills for seven consecutive matches after turning in her team-leading 14th double-digit kills performance of the year. Beasley posted her 12th-straight match in which she has led the squad in digs. She has been the Pirates’ defensive leader on 18 occasions this season.

East Carolina and Memphis will meet for the 20th time in program history and the Tigers lead the all-time series16-3. The two teams squared off earlier this season and Memphis defeated ECU in four sets on Oct. 19, at Minges Coliseum.

ECU is looking to earn its first league victory of the season as well as snap a 22-match losing streak which dates back to August 25, when the Pirates held off Bethune-Cookman in five sets.
